Position: Office Administrator
Location: Stockholm, Sweden
Job Type: Contract
The Job Description is as follows:
- Handle inbound and outbound telephone calls, emails, post and courier deliveries for customers and employees.
- Responsible to monitor and process invoices for payment, liaising with the finance function.
- Liaise with employees, answering their queries and coordinating with various internal managers and departments
- Administer part of the Work Permit Process for expatriates.
- Monitor external contracts and ensuring all are up to standard such as cleaners and other office providers.
- Ensure stationary, supplies for kitchen and office supplies levels
- Manage office and meeting rooms are neat and clean
- Organize meetings and events.
