Description
Equipment Engineer required to join a leading, international semiconductor organisation based in The Netherlands. Equipment Engineers will work within the Industrial Engineering group and work towards reducing operational costs by design and process improvements.Position Overview:
Successful Equipment Engineers will be involved at every stage of the product lifecycle from new product optimisation to in the field servicing, improving reliability, availability and operational costs.
Role Description:
* Design for availability, representing the operational sector in the co-design phase.
* Ensure the operational requirements are implemented in the co-design
* Definition of documentation, spare parts and tooling for the global service organisation
* Write and maintain service documentation
* Provide expertise in analysis of complex problems onsite, providing guidance to local service organisations
* Work with the development team providing feedback on structural improvements.
Education Required:
*Higher Technical College or Technical University Graduate in Electrical Technology, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Optics or Physics.
Experience:
*Technical high-tech or automotive environment. This position would also suit a recent graduate with relevant university experience.
