FRONT-END DEVELOPER POSITION
We are looking for a passionate and talented Front-End Developer to work with our technical team and bring our site to fruition.
Requirements
- Experience with CSS/HTML. Ability to provide architectural input on the layout of content and style.
- Experience with jQuery. Ability to implement AJAX calls through jQuery.
- Attention to cross-browser, cross-platform, and/or cross-device compatibility
- Ability to work with a team of developers
- Experience with web design is a plus
- Experience working with a CMS or framework such as Rails of Django is a plus
- Familiarity with git and github
- Familiarity with MySQL
About the Company
The ActivPrayer Project provides education, training, and a social networking platform for people to perform inspired action for an intention greater than self - because every action matters (TM). This is called an activprayer.
We are currently building a website to capture, track, and share the actions and intentions (activprayers) that people perform. Through this new site and its accompanying mobile application, our goal is to see one million ActivPrayers performed by the year 2016. We are looking for a passionate and talented front-end developer to contribute to the site launch.
