Tasks:To review thoroughly the subject matter expertise and ability to challenge the inputs provided by subject matter experts (SME’s) and stakeholders
To interview subject matter experts with the aim to assess the impact and the likelihood of
an operational risk
To take over the initiative and pro-actively drive the assessment process from its beginning to its end
To motivate the stakeholders to meet the quality targets set for the assessment
To translate very complex IT topics to non-technical stakeholders, e.g. representatives of business lines
To summarize the essentials of the risk rating results based on the existing template.
Skills:
Good understanding of operational risk management and the execution of risk assessments
Good knowledge of IT infrastructure components, especially with regard to hardware, databases, operating systems
Hands-on work experience in IT-infrastructure projects
Very good analytical skills
Proven assertiveness in a multi-cultural and global IT organization
Excellent knowledge of (written and oral) English
Experienced in drawing reports
