- Second Level support for DELL and Microsoft
Ihre Qualifikation
- Tech requirements:
- Very good experience on standard L2 client support (DELL / Microsoft are platforms used here)
- Very good experience on standard L2 voice support (Blackberry is the solution used here)
- Experience with remote support tools (to support customers that might be on a remote site)
- Good experience on the IT VIP support field
- Non-Tech requirements:
- Excellent general communication skills
- Good leadership presence to handle touch situation with customers
- Good integrating and working on a team environment
- Very good English
