  • Second Level support for DELL and Microsoft


Ihre Qualifikation
  • Tech requirements:
  • Very good experience on standard L2 client support (DELL / Microsoft are platforms used here)
  • Very good experience on standard L2 voice support (Blackberry is the solution used here)
  • Experience with remote support tools (to support customers that might be on a remote site)
  • Good experience on the IT VIP support field
  • Non-Tech requirements:
  • Excellent general communication skills
  • Good leadership presence to handle touch situation with customers
  • Good integrating and working on a team environment
  • Very good English
