Looking for a contractor interested in projects (financial sector) based in London, where we have a large SAS team working already. 3 months initial contract but likely to extend.

Main skills required - MARKET RISK, BA SKILLS, SAS

General BA Skills:

Facilitation skills -
Lead requirements elicitation workshops, work with stakeholders to define acceptance criteria, moderate brainstorming sessions, etc.

Analytical skills -
Critically evaluate data gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicting requirements, decompose high-level information into details, abstract from particular examples to a more general understanding, identify underlying needs from explicit user requests, etc.

Requirements -
Management and traceability

Writing skills -
Communicate information effectively and consistently to different types of audiences, including senior management and technical development staff.
Process Modelling (not because it will necessarily be required on this project but does highlight previous experience and understanding in this area)
Datamodelling

Problem Solving -
General problem solving skills

Influence design, provide input to and oversee integration/system/business/UAT testing.

Experience in Market Risk reporting environment (either front or Back Office/support function)

Experience in reporting platform/framework deployments

Experience in large technology implementation programs

Experience in Risk solution implementation

Working knowledge of SAS (ideally in BI/DI area)
