Job Description:
My client a large International has an immediate contract for an experienced a Senior Project Manager to join their join their Global Operations Readiness team. The team focuses on managing a culture of improvement and delivering business value across the Globe supported by my clients three Operations Centers. The Global Operations Readiness teams are responsible for ensuring that Transactional Channel Partners who sell their Commercial product on their behalf are informed in a predictable and consistent manner of all new Operational activities. This is a twelve month contract role and possibility to extend.
Responsibilities:
- Delivery of project management, stakeholder engagement, Change management and consulting services to drive strategic initiatives
- Drive continuous process improvement, cost reduction initiatives through teaming across functions and divisions
- Work with internal customers to establish a strategic project (develop project charter, form the team, benefits analysis and success criteria) drive project to successful closure
- Lead business and process transformation through consulting approaches and process improvement methodologies
Experience and Requirements:
- Cross-Boundary Collaboration, Global Process Management, Strategic and Global Insight
- A minimum of 12 years business experience; the most recent 6 years have been in the delivery of complex, large scale global projects
- proven track record of successfully implementing key programs globally
- IT Systems life cycle experience
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- Is comfortable with change in a highly dynamic environment
- Business Consulting or Continuous Improvement methodologies (eg Six Sigma)
- BA/BSc, MBA or equivalent required,
