THE ROLE:

Handling all customer calls professionally and courteously in accordance with Company procedures.

Ensuring that all regulatory requirements are met whilst maintaining customer experience.

  KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS

  • Take responsibility to ensure your own targets are met.
  • Be a team player and considerate of others.
  • Be aware of call time and SLA's and how these interact with the incentive scheme.
  • Ensure calls are delivered with excellent customer service and meet FSA regulatory requirements

 MEASURES OF SUCCESS

  • Achievement of application to booked loans ratio.
  • Achievement of call to application ratio
  • Compliance targets achieved through regular call monitoring
