Responsibilities- Translate high-level customer/business needs into well-defined and scoped functionality
- Implement new functionality, improve existing infrastructure
Requirements
- Deep knowledge of Java, Ruby, or Python
- Experience building web applications in a production environment (enterprise or consumer) using an MVC framework
- Disciplined approach to testing and quality assurance
- Proficiency in SQL and data-modeling
- Experience with Rails
- Experience working on a test-first/agile development team
- Experience scaling high traffic websites
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and Javascript
Education
- BS or MS in Computer Science or equivalent work experience
