Job description

- You will coordinate the roadmaps of 2 important change programs within the overall HR Transformation program, more specifically within the Learning & development and Succession management area. You will follow-up the various projects to be delivered for Q4 2013 (to be further defined) and give concrete contentwise input for 2 specific projects.

- Project 1: given the actual context of restructurings, we wants to invest in the employability of all employees; therefore we develop an approach including an awareness & communication campaign, a personal learning portal with online tools, integration within performance cycle, etc The first ideas have been developed and checked for consistency. The idea is to get the project to a higher level and to have the first wave realized by

- Project 2: given the actual context, we feel a lack of change leadership competencies within senior management; therefore a change leadership journey (including several initiatives) has to be developed. An important part of that journey is a change workshop and an online change toolkit. The workshop will be developed in cooperation with an external provider.

- Background information: the HR transformation program aims at reducing the cost of HR with 30% over a period of 3 year (program till end 2015). At the same time, the program aims at

- Implementing Best practice processes & tools (within the standard platform offered at group level)

- Reducing face time from the HR business partner organization - enable processes through click (Intranet) and call.

In this role you will report to the head of learning & development.

Profile Requirements

- You have solid experience in managing a change roadmap in an end 2 end vision, involving re-engineering of processes, review training offer, defining new roles, maximize enabling processes through click (Intranet), ...

- You have solid experience in HR domains such as Learning & development, change leadership & communication; ideally you have experience with employability approaches & senior leadership programs

- You can both bring in outside inspiration & manage the project within time, budget & scope

- You have solid experience in change management and communications

- Structured approach is key.

- Cooperative mindset & diplomacy

- Hands-on.

- Strong people management skills.

- Organizational skills and stress resistant - able to manage change within an organization.

- Strong problem solving skills and ability to work with minimal supervision.

- Able to communicate with both business and IT people.

- Fluent in Dutch + French + English.
