Currently, we have a requirement for a Construction Controller to work with our client in the Telecommunications division.
This is a 12 month contract based in Dublin. The day rate is 200 euros.
The successful candidate should be able to demonstrate experience in the following:

- Ability to read and analyse programme reports
- Keen financial acumen
- An ability to work effectively in an aggressive consolidation project, both as part of a team and individually
- Ability to read designs and offer alternative solutions
- Knowledge of mobile telecommunications network design and build
- Negotiation skills
- Effective time management
Desired Skills & Experience
Construction:
- Attendance at Multi-Skilled Visit site surveys
- Telecoms site design assessment
- Programme monitoring
- In-build and post-build inspection, including reporting and monitoring snags to contractor
- Inspection and critique of works handover packs
Financial:
- Assessing site design versus budget
- Working with the in-house purchasing system
- Regular financial reviews with Construction Manager
Health and Safety:
- Knowledge of H&S at work, specifically relating to the construction and telecoms industry
- Review of H&S documentation
Administration:
- Data filing
- Audit of contractors' site filing/database inputs
- Attendance at Customer/Contractor meeting
- Willing to travel throughout Ireland - including overnight stays
