Key responsibilities:
- Assist in migration of data from Great Plains to SAP
- Manage CRM application and align with business strategy and needs
- Maintain application databases and data warehouse
- Main websites and profile databases
- Deliver data analysis and reporting as required by the business
- Design and create reports as required
Key requirements:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications
- Strong communication skills
- Strong experience in the administration of SQL databases
- Strong experience with CRM, Great Plains and SAP highly desirable
- Sound understanding of programming and development methodologies and Datamodelling principles
- Sound analytical and problem solving skills
