Description
My client is an Australian institution and due to increased growth has a requirement for an experienced SAP Change Manager. You will play a key role in developing and implementing change initiatives to meet business and budget objectives. This person will use their SAP change skills to manage changes to business processes, systems and technology.
This position is a 6 month contract, based in Sydney which has excellent potential to offer longevity until the end of 2014. This project is highly sought after in the SAP space, do not miss out.
Sample Responsibilities:
- Apply a structured change management approach and methodology
- Identify potential risks and develop plans to mitigate the same
- Identify performance gaps and initiate corrective actions
- Work with project and training teams to ensure the smooth transitions to new technologies
Requirements:
- 5 years as an SAP Change Manager
- Experience with Prosci and ADKAR would be beneficial
- Familiarity with project management skills and processes
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Experience working on and managing multiple projects concurrently
