Description
A Leading Biopharmaceutical manufacturing campus currently has a contract requirement for an experienced Operations Excellence Specialist with a strong Six Sigma knowledge and a hands-on, problem solving mentality. Working on their main manufacturing facility to support a variety of projects, you will be required to get involved with a variety of project management and change management activities.The Operations Excellent department has been tasked with supporting numerous projects onsite and requires operations excellence specialists to support them in this task:
-Act as business partner to deliver strategic and transversal projects within manufacturing departments
-PM for operations or quality projects
-Provide expertise on operations of six sigma matters
-Coaching, mentoring and training of other colleagues
-Implementation of Lean 6 Sigma and change management techniques
Requirements
-Excellent experience as a Six Sigma green or black belt
-Project management experience
-Able to understand the strategic drivers of the organisation and the complexity of transversal projects.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to understand other cultures etc.
-English language essential, French is a nice to have.
