We are looking for a Senior Back-End Developer to join our team. Candidates should have prior experience developing advanced projects. This is a contract position to be performed on-site at our offices in San Francisco. If we all get along famously, we would consider making this a full-time position.
Responsibilities:
•Build a CMS and e-commerce solution on the Django framework
•Integrate CMS with 3rd party inventory, fulfillment, and payment processing solutions
•Assist front-end developers with template integration
•Work with developers, designers, and project leaders to ensure code quality and design fidelity
Qualifications and Skills:
•Python
•Django
•E-commerce integration experience
•Advanced JavaScript knowledge, with and without libraries
•Experience with JavaScript Backbone framework
•High Attention to detail to maintaining design integrity throughout the build process
•Proficient in version control systems such as Subversion and Git
•Excellent communication & problem-solving skills
•Ability to clearly and professionally interact with clients
Additional Skills a plus:
•Ruby, PHP, Perl, IT skills
•Experience with RefineryCMS, dotCMS
•Experience with Responsive Design.
