The Role? Assisting with the development of a world class quality automated platform
? Playing an active role within the company’s continuous improvement processes
? Working seamlessly within a large distributed team, across multiple sites
? Working in an Agile Lean environment, assisting in the move toward Continuous Integration and Deployment
? Keeping a constant eye on changing industry ideas and practices, and monitoring emerging technologies
? Training and mentoring of other team members when required
? Creating automated user acceptance tests
Requirements:
? 3+ years background in quality within enterprise software development in a distributed architecture
? 3+ years experience with .NET stack (ASP.NET MVC, C#, IIS), MSSQL, Web Services
? Capable of transforming user stories into automated tests
? Experience in creating or extending frameworks and tools that support the quality ecosystem
? Experience with Powershell or Ruby and attitude towards automating repeatable manual tasks an advantage
? Pro-active attitude and precise analytical skills
? Ability to work under pressure, against tight deadlines, and will need to balance pragmatic decision making with innovative thinking for intelligent solutions
