Ihre Aufgaben:
- Use client approved templates for the contract requests, amend contracts and finalise project agreements
- Follow all laws, regulations and policies that govern the conduct of all activities
- Accountable for being fully knowledgeable in all relevant policies and for abiding by them
- Work with manager and other team members to review client contracts needs and budgeting
- Participate in discussions among departments, including Legal, Finance, and other client groups/customers regarding areas of improvement, enhancements to the quality of contracts and the contracting process
- Develop and deliver compliant and financially viable vendor/consultant/healthcare professional contracts for assigned groups e.g. external vendor contracts to deliver services and support for management consulting, training & development programs, brand or other promotional advertising, marketing materials, advisory boards, preceptorships, software licensing agreements, etc.
Ihre Qualifikation
- Bachelor's or University degree, Juris Doctorate (JD) strongly preferred
- Demonstrated related work experience with Global Contracts, Global Sourcing, e.g., legal, contract management and administration
- Preferably experience gained in the pharmaceutical, biotech or other related industry
- Basic understanding of the drug development process
- Knowledge of site clinical trial agreements, a plus is demonstrable knowledge of the legal and regulatory environment as it relates to the pharmaceutical/biotech industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding objectives & goals
- Ability to efficiently perform multiple complex tasks
- Experience working with lawyers in Europe and the US
- Demonstrable influencing & negotiation skills
