Implementation Consultant - Financial Trading Software- Immediate Start - £60K-90K dependent on experience and seniority- LondonOur client is building a new team to assist in the implementation of their flagship trading software to numerous Tier One financial institutions globally. With an upturn in business the company is experiencing rapid growth and as such can offer excellent progression opportunities to candidates.
Role involves;
- Liaising with In-house Managers and IT support teams to identify and potential bugs or problems with the software.
- Assist in training staff both for clients and internally.
- Relying any major technical issues accurately back to the company.
- Acting as the first line of support for any smaller technical issues
Candidates should demonstrate
- Excellent client facing skills in order to represent the client at a number of worldwide businesses.
- Experience in the role of Implementations Consultant preferably in the financial services sector.
- Preferably experience with Trading Systems
- Multilingual candidates would be at a advantage
- Ambition and Drive, as our clients are seeking to grow their business and as such need ambitious candidates to be the first point of contact for clients
- Organisational and Problem Solving ability, in order to quickly deal with any minor technical issues
- Good understanding of IT in order to effectively implement the product and explain it to clients
