My client, a leading retail bank based in the city of London requires a contracts manager to work on some software licencing novation. The correct candidate will demonstrate an ability to analyse and renegotiate exisiting contracts.Role Essentials:
Location - London.
Sector - Banking.
Rate - £400 per day.
Duration - 6 Months.
Role Spec -
Software Specialist - Prior to outsourcing/offshoring applications we need to validate every Third Party software contract held by the bank that will
need to be used/accessed by the outsource/offshore staff, to ensure we don't breach any contract rules or expose the bank to legal and financial
risk. If we do not have these rights they need to be negotiated with the supplier
Candidates need to be able to read, understand and interpret software contracts and ascertain the Bank's limitations, risk and exposure.
Good negotiation skills required.
Able to work as part of a small team, but a high level of autonomy required.
Knowledge of Excel essential.
