Our client requires a Dutch speaking HR Consultant to assist in the following areas:
- HR Process and roll out
- Standardisation of HR admin processes
- Development and implementation of Key user and End user trainings (HR Business Partners in the locations and front/Back Office associates in the Shared Services department)
- Maintenance of Product, Services Catalogue/KPI reporting
- Project Office and communication
- Process control
