Job Description:
1. Must have 9+ years total work experience (this is strict)
2. Study, summary industry best practice in multi-vendor NETWORK PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT delivery (Ericsson 3G);
3. Develop related document and guide for multi-vendor NETWORK PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT project delivery; (Ericsson 3G);
4. Knowledge sharing with engineers for multi-vendor project delivery;
5. Audit and practice all the multi-vendor related document and guide in pilot project;
