Role: Oracle SCM Consultant - French Speaking
Duration: 3-6 months
Location: Le Creusot, France
Skills & Description:
- Troubleshooting of functional issues and possess end to end knowledge in oracle scm modules like Inventory, Purchasing, Order management etc
- Problem management for recurring issues and providing permanent solutions
- Liasing with other partner teams like technical, DBA, sysadmin, L1, L2 etc for troubleshooting of the issues
- Working with product company for raising Service requests and working with them for closure of the issues
- Update the functional design documents, setup documents
- Perform unit and regression, patch testing in Oracle SCM modules for enhancements and quarterly releases
- Metrics reporting to business and IT teams
- Suggesting/providing process improvements to business
- Experience on R12 is an advantage
