Communications Manager - Senior - Global Investment Banking - Location Strategy
A Tier One Investment Bank is seeking a confident Communications Manager with banking experience to deliver the communications for its location strategy programme.
The successful candidate will come from a dedicated internal communications position within a bank, and will have experience in managing relationships with senior stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with key stakeholders in the identification and delivery of the communication requirements and strategy
- Design and develop the communications framework for the overall location strategy
- Identify areas of improvement for the overall delivery
- Take leadership in demonstrating best practice
- Co-ordinate communications within the team and ensure they follow the internal governance guidelines
Key Requirements:
- Experience working within a bank as a communications manager
- Experience managing relationships with senior stakeholders
- Confident in qualitative and quantitative measurement in the evaluation of the communications effectiveness
- Awareness of the vision and behaviours that can be encouraged through communication strategies.
