My Client is looking for a Senior Business Analyst with a wide exposure and a strong practical knowledge of the Contact Centre and its workings.
You must have previous experience supporting Contact Centre projects and have previous experience focused on delivery and readiness.
You are required to have excellent inter-personal skills and ability to build relationships; successful at leading with indirect influence.
You must demonstrate the ability to understand and respond to the business stakeholders needs and have excellent co-ordination & facilitation skills.
You will be required to work collaboratively with external and internal stakeholders such as business leads, end users, business analysts, solution developers and 3rd party vendor experts to ensure technical compatibility and user satisfaction.
My Client is also looking for someone with proven experience in managing stakeholder workshops with a view to driving out and documenting processes and someone who understands Business Readiness.
