- Ensure adaption of best practised workflow and screen design
- Introduce state of the art methodology for Amadeus usability labs
- Support to reach best user acceptance of Amadeus product use
- Conceptual work
- Consultation, analysis and review of usability tests
- Workflow and screen design
- Ergonomics
Ihre Qualifikation
- Good knowledge of user behaviour in regard to software products
- Excellent Knowledge of screen, interface and style design
- Excellent knowledge of ergonomics
- Profound knowledge of TÜV and ISO licensing for screen and workflow design
- Knowledge about Tourism & Leisure Market processes
- Highly developed communication skills
- Experience in print and multimedia design
- Experience as art director, creative director and technical director
- Lecturer for usability and design
- Fluent English (oral & written)
- Change management and Flexibility
- Analytical and Conceptual Thinking
- Customer Focus and Interpersonal Understanding
- Relationship and Team Building
