Real Staffing is seeking senior level Clinical Research Associate (CRA) with a nursing background for our medical device client theSan Diegoarea. These positions are contract to permanent and will convert after a 6 month period.

Detailed Job Description:
This is a great opportunity with a leading medical device company. Our client has three active studies soon-to-be undergoing Phase III trails. Each Sr. CRA will be responsible for 6-8 clinical sites with approximately 40%-50% of travel time. This position will report to the Clinical Studies Manager.

Requirements:

BSN or RN by training

Medical Device Experience

Oncology or Cardiovascular Disease Experience

Approximately 5-9 years in the clinical research industry with relevant experience (e.g. leadership role in a relevant functional area other than clinical operations, site management/monitoring); and 2-3 years of demonstrated proficiency in all aspects of site monitoring/management.

Solid understanding and appreciation of clinical research/development, including medical and therapeutic areas, phases and medical terminology.

Possesses cross cultural awareness and is able to adapt appropriately
