Role: KYC Support Manager - Senior VPType: Contract toPerm

Rate: £500 to £700 per day

An opportunity has come up for a VP to Senior VP level KYC/CDD compliance professional to work on ensuring the KYC/CDD obligations across all UK and global operations for a Tier 1 UK based bank are met.
You will be working to provide areas of the business with a single global on-boarding and account maintenance service.
Part of the role will require your contribution to ensure the banks transition to new CDD standards and the implementation of FATCA as well as establishing new global standards of CDD and a new KYC platform that will be implemented in theUKin line with the banks rollout of global AML standards.
This role requires a proven ability to support the development of business activities while robustly applying risk management disciplines and controls and steering teams through material business changes.
You will have been exposed to managing offshore teams or have the equal relevant experience.
Experience in clearly managing expectations of both management and stakeholders will be required and attention to detail with timely delivery is key.
Working in a matrix environment is essential as bridging differences between remote teams and disparate cultures will be a constant battle. Relationship building and communication skills will be of great importance along with influencing skills which will go hand in hand with your leadership and management abilities.
You will need extensive hands on experience in KYC and also operational management of KYC teams. This is a very important.
This role isn't for the faint hearted and requires someone who can step up to the challenge.
