For our customer we are looking for a IS Project Manager and Test Manager
Job description:
Scope of work for LTE phase 3: Three formal Telenor projects are included:
(1) Upgrade of UDC and IMS, migration of UDC subscriptions.
(2) Upgrade of CS Core, IMS, UDC, PS Core and PCRF.
(3) VoLTE.
LTE phase 3 now enters execution phase for (1), while (2) and (3) will be analyzed during second half of 2013. Initial requirement covers (1), option covers (2) and (3).
IS Project Manager and Test Manager will report to LTE phase 3 Project Manager and be part of the LTE phase 3 core team. The IS Project Manager and Test Manager is responsible for execution of IS deliverables for (1) and will participate in defining further IS deliverables during analysis of (2) and (3). The role is responsible for IS budget and all IS coordination within LTE phase 3 and towards line organization. Candidates must be able to handle both project management as well as test management. Prior experience from Telenor, knowledge of Telenor's mobile IS value chain and experience as either Project Manager or Test Manager in Telenor is expected from candidates.
