Description
Senior IT Service Owner required for a 3-6 month contract assignment based in Helsingborg, Sweden.
In the role of Senior IT Service Owner you will be responsible for:
- Delivery of service according to SLA's and OLA's
- Deployment & Capacity Management for the running service
- Planning, follow up and communication of line activity and delivery plans for the running service.
- Ensuring compliance to client processes, routines & methods.
- Establishing maintaining stakeholder and vendor relations.
- Life cycle management, software license compliance, investment procurement requests and budget for running service.
- Optimisation of the overall service efficiency.
The ideal candidate for the role of Senior IT Service Owner should have:
- Experience gained in an international IT delivery organisation where you have focussed on current services or realised new services (ideally as a Key Account Manager or similar).
- Experience in planning, forecasting and budgeting and familiarity with contract, vendor and relationship management.
- Good ITIL knowledge
- Excellent communications skills with very good written and spoken English. Swedish language skills would be nice to have but not essential.
- Eligibility to work in Sweden (EU Passport/Work Permit holder)
