Description

Service Desk Analyst, with excellent customer service support and advance PC skills, is required for an initial 12 month contract (likely to be extended) based in Vilnius, Lithuania.

Working for a leading financial services organisation within the Helpdesk/Service Desk support team, the Service Desk Analyst will be providing 1st line IT support and resolution on incidents/requests to the IT Service Desk from a global customer base, including providing technical software and hardware support.

Essential Skills:
- Excellent customer service skills and experience
- Advance PC skills
- Experience of providing 1st line technical software and hardware support
- Strong IT Helpdesk/Service Desk experience
- Experience of working within Banking/Financial Services/Insurance industry

This position will require some flexible working and willingness to work on shifts.

This position is looking to start ASAP and will be paying up to Euros 130/day (Euro's per day).
