We are looking for a highly organised, enthusiastic and motivated person to support our team and to help ensure the smooth, efficient running of our office.

Reporting directly to the CFO, the key areas of responsibility will include ( but will not be limited to):

• Delivering month end management accounts
• Preparation of statutory accounts
• Being the main contact person for auditors, banks, tax authorities and others
• Cash planning and follow-up
• Reconciliations
• Tax filing and payment (Corporation Tax, VAT, NIC etc)
• Developing accounting routines
• Managing all day to day accounting, payments, invoices, intercompany transactions, salaries (with help from external provider)
• Overall day to day office management and administration
• Assisting the CFO as/when required

Background/experience
• ACCA or similar accounting qualification
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office programmes
• Excellent communication skills, flexibility, reliability, confidentiality and initiative are imperative as you will be expected to work on your own with minimal supervision.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a team environment.
