WPF Developer (C#/WPF/Silverlight) urgently required by a Tier One bank for a contract role based in London.
Focused on Front End tools, this is a fantastic opportunity for a highly polished to work on the development of an in-house trading system.
Working within Derivatives, this person will be responsible for developing Front End applications using WPF/C# GUI.
As part of this, the successful candidate will need to understand WPF implementation techniques and be able to comprehend Client Server paradigms.
This team work with the latest Front End technologies and this is very much a business-facing role, with a key element of this role understanding what the traders are looking for through consultation.
For this contract role, all candidates must be have exceptionally strong C# knowledge.
As well as this, all applicants must have excellent WPF, Silverlight, XAML and GUI interface development experience.
Candidates who have worked on the latest Front End technologies will be highly preferred, and those who have exposure to mobile development techniques are likely to stand out.
This person must be an excellent communicator, possess the ability to work well as part of a team and demonstrate examples when they have thrived under pressure.
