Description
An international market leader in retail banking is currently recruiting for a Process Control Analyst based in Liverpool. A successful candidate would be required to work 35 hours per week, Monday - Friday 9am-5pm and would be given an initial 3 month contract.
The project will involve reviewing internal documents and offering enhancements/recommendations on operational processes, specifically within payment operations. The job will require identifying and documenting current processes and associated controls, this will be done with the help of existing staff members. Following this up, the role will require making recommendations that will be documented and formally presented back to the relevant Head of Function. These recommendations are to be made in terms of process improvements and or missing controls which need to be implemented.
We are looking for people who have the ability to build rapport, trust and a good working relationship with internal customers at all levels. You will have accurate keyboard skills and an eye for detail with the ability to use data to map a process. Additionally you will have the ability to make decisions to provide effective and timely resolution to requests/queries; for this you will also be able to work under pressure to deadlines without loss of quality and also be a strong team player with good organisational skills. Training will provided to enhance your skill set however a strong proficiency in Excel is required.
