Temporary Customer Service Representatives - This is a part time role working 3 full days a week

This 6 month fixed term contract opportunity is available to join our dynamic and growing Customer Service tea. The Customer Service Team provide key services on behalf of the Surgical, Pharmaceutical and Vision Care divisions in relation to product supply from a customer service perspective.

In this role your responsibilities will include: facilitating the correct and timely delivery and invoicing of product orders and associated entry and finance processing; provide outstanding levels of service, accuracy and effectiveness in resolving enquiries and problems by telephone, email, fax and mail; meet individual and department performance measures in quality, service and efficiency; ensuring you gain and maintain a high level of knowledge and understanding of products, supply chain, finance and customer service procedures and policies. You will work closely with the sales teams and your colleagues in a proactive, fast paced, service oriented environment.

To be considered you will need to meet the following key requirements:

* Previous experience in a customer service team is desirable, ideally in a call centre environment.
* Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to multi-task phone, data entry and customer service in a challenging and fast paced environment. Able to prioritise and meet deadlines.
* Demonstrated customer focus and service orientation - can do and results oriented.
* Strong problem solving skills with a flexible, adaptable team focused approach.
* Demonstrated accurate and fast data processing skills along with working knowledge of customer service systems and Microsoft Office applications.
