Our client is a large financial services business.

The Opportunity

A contract Operations Manager/Team Manager is required to manage the operational running of a team within a large scale customer service function. You will be responsible for developing the complaints processes linked to training, systems accessibility and service levels.

The role will be required to provide leadership and support to other team members within the programme and will assist them in developing their own teams. You will motivate and coach these managers in order to ensure that they are achieving their own objectives and their teams are hitting target. As the size of the operations grows, you will be required to ensure that the environment continues to deliver a high quality service in line with productivity.

The Candidate

The ideal candidate will be an experienced Operations Manager/Team Manager from a financial services background who has a proven track record of working in a complaints function. The role will play an integral part in delivering the operational processes and strategy.

Candidates will be excellent communicators and will also be able to demonstrate strong interpersonal skills. As well as having a high level of attention to detail, you will also be able to analyse and interpret data quickly in order to make informed decisions.

Candidates will be able to demonstrate extensive staff management experience
