Interim Head of Reporting - Risk - Financial Services
A major International Financial Services Client of ours based in the Netherlands is urgently looking for a Head of Reporting working closely with Risk and Investment Performance.
As Head of Risk Reporting you will need to be Analytical and have good people management skills. There will be 5 direct reports and you will work closely with the Head of Risk and Head of Performance. You will work with external Clients, the Board of Directors, Stakeholders and Investment Committees.
You will need to:
- Come up to speed quickly with the various investment portfolios and understand the data captured.
- Manage overal reporting of 1000 per annum
- Seek opportunities to simplify and standardise the reporting process and systems whilst maintaining and improving reporting excellence
- Improve and streamline risk information in reports
- Provide insightful analysis to support the Trustees and in decision making
- Academic background that allows for structural and conceptual thinking around investment performance and risk, and communication around that in a clear way
- Affinity with the financial markets preferred
- Experience one or more of the following - Investment Banking, Pensions Funds, Asset Management
- Financial modelling skills and experience/affinity preferred
- Good communicative skills
