Client is looking for Account Management Specialist.
Role details are as follows:
Key responsibilities
- Proactive renewal management
- First point of contact for contracts renewal management
- Active engagement with Sales/Business contacts working as one account team
- Meeting individual metrics related to the activities under their responsibility
- Adherence to all policy and audit requirements within process
- Attendance and input into account reviews, be involved in forecasting or customer meetings and account planning
- Communicate contract amendment and financial implications to the account team and relevant business management
- Drive adherence to standard process requirements
- Proactively identifies and reacts to customer issues and queries, developing solutions and escalating as appropriate.
- Provide quoting solutions to Sales and customer
Key value add
- To protect client's revenue by proactively managing renewals, orders and revenue recognition for our biggest customers
- To drive up customer retention through proactive client contact, accuracy & good turn around to ensure good service levels
- To support growth by finding new ways to add value to our sales teams and them to achieve Client's objectives
Knowledge & skills required
- Team working - locally & across geographies
- Customer service skills & customer understanding
- Proactive with good attention to detail
- Strong English Language skills and MS Office knowledge (excel)
- Proactive, and shows initiative and leadership

- Siebel and SAP knowledge
