Qualification EngineerA global pharmaceutical manufacturing company is looking for a German speaking Qualification Engineer to qualify new inhalation production equipment being installed as part of a CHF 15m investment project.
Location: Basel area, Switzerland
Duration: 18 months
Role:
- Hands on qualification of a new dry powder filling machine
- Qualification of supporting equipment and utilities (mixing equipment, weighing equipment, washing machines)
- Generating and executing IQ/OQ/PQ protocols
- Ensuring a smooth handover of the equipment to the operations team during the PQ phase
- Ensure that high containment cleanroom conditions are maintained
- Ensure that all activities are conducted and documented in a GMP compliant manner
Requirements:
- Degree educated (engineering or science degree) or equivalent experience
- High standard of German and English language
- Strong pharmaceutical engineering experience with a good GMP understanding
- Experience of qualifying finished pharmaceutical production equipment (capsule, powder, tableting, liquid, etc.)
