Description
This large Pharmaceutical company has an opening for a Training Compliance Associate to join the team located in Emeryville. This position will be responsible for supporting the global cGxP training strategy. This is a position that offers longevity and stability and a candidate needs to desire this to be considered.Major job activities include;
- Maintaining training plans, matrices, and records for QA department
- Track training activities including SOPs and technical course trainings
- Support the maintenance and development of the Learning Management System
- Interface with webTraining LMS to manage data
- Provide training on regulatory requirements, cGxP and quality topics
- Support inspections and audits as needed
Requirements;
- 3+ years within regulated environment - pharmaceutical, biotech etc
- 5+ years in learning/training environment
- Great oral and written communication
- Fundamental knowledge of cGxP regulations and standards relating to the industry
