Description
The correct candidate will have the following experience.- Must have a proven background in a senior QA/RA role (3 to 5 years).
- Must have a proven background in Quality Assurance with excellent working knowledge of ISO9001:2008, ISO13485:2003, ISO14971:2012 and other medical device related standards and how to implement.
- Must have a excellent working knowledge of medical device / reagents regulation.
- Have the capacity to bring logical thought processes and impartiality to solve practical problems in a timely manner.
- Must be able to build a "do it right first time every time" culture on site
- Must have excellent problem solving ability and ideally trained in using tools and techniques such as 5S, 5WHY, Ishikawa, Pareto, 7 tools of Quality, lean 6 sigma etc.
- Must be able to develop and implement training packages as a SME.
- The ability to work unsupervised and under pressure in a busy fast paced environment.
- Must be a team player
- Must have proven history as a problem process owner
