Vblock (VMware, VMware, Cisco) Scope
- Meets with the Customer to ensure that the Customer complies with environment operational and integration requirements for Vblock infrastructure.
- Plans and estimates the schedule for the Vblock infrastructure implementation and operational tasks for the service.
- Manages the day-to-day operational management and administration of the Vblock environment.
- Provides Vblock operational integration and improvements with recommendations based on the Customer's virtual environment and Vblock leading practices.
- Assists with the documentation of Vblock policies and procedures.
- Creates and documents the leading practices in deploying Vblock solutions.
- Provides onsite Vblock leading-practices, product Functional Overview, and operational leading practice documentation.
- Provides the Customer with a list of required or beneficial updates for the operation of the Vblock.
- Conducts a basic product Functional Overview to familiarize the Customer with the Vblock environment operational leading practices, demonstrating the normal virtualization operations as installed in the Customer's environment.
Please note, for Algeria the candidate should have senior level experience in supporting physical to virtual migrations in VMware.
