Description
Responsibilities- Manages direct bill vendors for an approximately 100 project site acquisition only program from site candidate selection through site acquisition complete. Includes managing the following major milestones: leasing, A&E drawings, zoning, building permits, regulatory and stakeholder signoff.
- Collaborates on creative solutions to drive milestone duration efficiency.
- Processes and manages vendor POs.
- Maintains project schedules.
- Processes leases, zoning apps, permit requests and all related payments.
- Manages schedules and budget, validates vendor deliverables at key milestones, supervises construction prep/close out.
- Establishes and assembles project teams, and coordinates activities.
- Develops detailed work plans, project estimates, status reports, project tracking and analysis.
- Performs economic and other analysis as required to achieve the best least cost.
- Manages access for network of preferred access vendors to ensure that we provide the highest level of service and reliability for our customers.
- Manages and obtains customer concurrence through direct and indirect communication with customers and account teams.
- Manages critical milestones throughout the project to ensure the best customer experience.
Must have expertise in Cell site leasing, Cell site zoning, Cell site permitting, Cell site regulatory, Cell site design, and Cell site power/telco engineering. Must be a team player with excellent communication and reporting skills. Good organization skills are critical for success in this role. Intermediate MS software skills needed.
