Responsibilities- Work with the lead PM to develop, maintain, and communicate and ensure schedule adherence.
- Monitor execution throughout the project to ensure all obligations are being met.
- Responsible for proof of concept/pilot projects.
- Recommend corrective actions and implements agreed-upon changes.
- Work with internal teams and third-party vendors to achieve successful implementation.
- Define and implement integration processes for the Enterprise Managed Service business.
- External customer deliverables include ensuring contractual compliance to deliverables and achieving high levels of customer satisfaction with products and services provided.
- May provide mentoring, coaching and act as lead to junior level associates.
- May assist with definition and development of project scope, objectives, detailed plans, budgets and metrics for complex projects.
BA/BS degree, from an accredited college or university required, with a minimum of 8 years of Project Management experience. Looking for strong experience with Wi-Fi deployments and an understanding of rapid large complex deployments with third-party vendors. Retail experience preferred. Must be proficient in MS Project and have experience dealing with Large System Integrators. Excellent communication/presentation skills and the ability to interact effectively within different functional areas of the business and with the internal management team are critical. Must have experience and proven track record in managing projects. Experience in negotiation of large projects with both customers and sub contractors also needed.
