Finite Canberra has a government client that is seeking a Senior Problem Manager. This is a 1 year contract opportunity with a possible 1 year extension
Responsibilities
- Manager the activities required to diagnose the root cause of incident management and to determine the resolution to those problems
- Ensure problem resolution is implemented through the appropriate control procedures
- Implement process improvements within the incident and problem management teams
- Interface closely with the knowledge manager to ensure lessons learned are incorporated into the continuous improvement of the IT division
Skills Required
- Previous change/incident/problem management experience required
- ITIL Qualifications and experience
For this role you must be an Australian Citizen with an active security clearance.
