SAP Basis Support Engineer is the single point of contact for his/her area of responsibility for the Account Delivery Executive of a designated customer.

The Technical Owner and ensures an end-to-end delivery according to service descriptions within SLAs/OLAs and SOWs. You also ensures that ITSM/ITIL is always applied and followed.

SAP Basis Support Engineer has a coordination role within the Service Org, which includes:

Identify requirements of technical resources to complete change related activities
Identify requirements of technical resources to support process activities in his/her technical area of competency
Support of any Transition and Transformation activity

Job Requirements:

Experience and knowledge includes SAP R/3 basis administration including system back-up/recovery, transport management system and system monitoring.
Thorough understanding of system operating environments and database management including UNIX, NT, TCP/IP and Oracle.
Good understanding and knowledge of one or several of the following: BW, ITS, APO liveCache, Workplace and EBP.
Experience formulating overall strategies and operational solution design and strategic and tactical planning process.
Leadership qualities: integrity, deadline oriented, goal oriented and a motivator.
Client oriented
Fluent English
