Change Release Manager/Turkish Speaking/Istanbul
My client is looking for a Turkish speaking Change Release Manager with strong Application Change Request and Product Release experience for a fantastic role in Turkey. You will have strong communication as you will be engaging vendors which is an essential part of this role. You will understand how the vendors work and their environment and try to implement changes and adaptations for a smooth partnership.
The successful candidate will ensure effective management of change requests for selected applications within a major functional area (eg ERP, Marketing etc.) and you will be able to ensure controlled release of application changes to the business for selected applications within a major functional area and support the development of new and improved service capabilities to meet changing global business requirements.
For this role you will be responsible for the delivery of agreed work products, resources, expertise and guidance in order to agree appropriate change delivery schedule and to ensure effective change management processes.
You will have ideally
- Experience in large global organisation using in-sourced and out-sourced IT services
- Good knowledge of IT Service Management best practice (ITIL) in specific process areas eg Change management
