Senior SCCM Support Analyst required urgently for Global Company - Day Rate Contract
We have an immediate start requirement from a large international company with global operations who are currently recruiting an SCCM Technical Analyst. Supporting a large scale environment of over 8000 users+, you will support the company's EMEA operations from an SCCM perspective.
Your Role:
- You will deliver large scale high level SCCM 2nd and 3rd level support in relation to deployment to 8000+ end users. (identification and resolution of key issues)
- You will analyse, and create solutions to eliminate downtime for both users and systems as required.
- You will support and maintain SCCM - OSD server infrastructure in an EMEA oriented environment.
- You will be responsible for solving all deployment issues during software rollouts and work closely with a large team of engineers to ensure the best solutions are provided at all time.
You Will Have:
- 3-5 years' experience supporting all areas of SCCM in a large scale global enterprise environment using the following technologies: SCCM , Windows Server 2008, Active Directory, and Windows 7.
- A good understanding of network infrastructure including: DNS, DHCP, MPLS
- A third level degree in computer science, mathematics or engineering.
You will have outstanding communication skills, and be a strong team player with excellent customer delivery experience in relation to high level SCCM support in large companies. You will have strong experience working in a global company and in delivering SCCM solutions in enterprise scale environments.
