One of our Blue Chip Clients is urgently looking for two System Engineers.

MS Exchange 2010 and Outlook
Synchronization with mobile messaging system.
Contrat/Client/Context
Support level 2 on Messaging Exchange solution, especially Outlook and also mobiles for mailboxes
Description of the mission/Main activities
In coordination with Service Desk (level 1), a Poland team (in charge of Level 2) and an Indian team in charge of Messaging Level 3 Support and administration, including Messaging Servers management of the Exchange solution, the person will be in the central team, in charge of the global coordination, potential escalations and the global management of the solution (SLA, ).
The Onshore team will be done by 1 people in France (4 people planned in India and 4 people planned in Poland for Level 2), in addition to the management.
2 people will be needed from 1st of August 2013 to end of September 2013 to set up the platform and the solution (one of the 2 persons should stay in the central team to manage the coordination of the RUN after the Build).
Competencies "Role" needed
As central team in charge of coordination and escalation, good coordination with Poland and India will be required.
Expertise on Exchange 2010 (on Server Side and its interfaces) and also on Outlook Client and Mobiles interfaces is mandatory.
To be able to manage escalations and specific issues, a good contact with the Client (on phone and remote control in French/English) is also mandatory.
Technical Skills required
Expertise and experience on MS Exchange 2010 and Outlook for their support and administration.
Experience on solution to synchronize mobiles devices support with the Messaging system.
Experience and skills on Lotus Notes/Domino should be a plus (to be able to manage others Clients needs.
Functional skills required
Good coordination with local and remote teams
Good contact with Client (end-user) as central coordination team
Training and assistance if needed for L2 & L3 teams
Documentation and formalization to delegate potential actions to level 2 & 3 for new solutions or specificities
Additional skills experiences needed
Windows Client support and network basic experience may be a plus (to help technical diagnosis).
Diploma/Training/Experience
Expertise and certification on MS Exchange 2010 (and Outlook support)
Experience on mobile support may be a plus.
Specific constraints
Fluent in French and in English
