Structured Rates Front Office PM/BA

Description

Main Function
This role will be a hybrid Project Manager and Business Analyst.
* Work collaboratively with the different development teams, FO/Trading, Market Risk, Quantitative Analysis and PCG/MO to ensure that project delivery is achieved efficiently, transparently and to timelines.
* Support the team in project planning, initiation, tracking and delivery activities and act as a resource to work alone, as part of a team or lead other team members as required
* Undertake analysis where necessary to elicit requirements and work closely with business contacts and development leads to propose business and/or technical solutions including functional specifications.

Basic Qualifications:
- 7+ years of work experience in Finance
- 3+ years of work experience as a Business Analyst/Project Manager
- Quantitative understanding of derivatives
- Explicit experience and understanding of derivative products and their market risks (does not have to be fixed income experience)
- Strong understanding of the concepts behind derivatives pricing and calculation of risk
