A global brokerage firm'sChicagooffice is actively searching for a Risk focused Senior Business Analyst. This is an exciting opportunity for a BA to manage their own projects and take on a leadership role. This is a full time position located in downtownChicago.The role has become available as the company seeks to expand their Risk IT team. Interested parties much has worked with risk projects in a technical capacity. Ideally candidates will have had experience with Counterparty Risk, Market Risk and Intraday Risk monitoring.
The Senior BA will spend a majority of their time in a client-facing role and focus on documentation, requirements gathering, managing client relationships, create operating budgets, and managing the QA process.
Desired Qualifications for this role include:
- 3-5 Years of Business Analyst Experience
- Experience with different forms of risk in either a Business Analyst, Technical Analyst or Quantitative Analyst Capacity
- Strong knowledge of Credit and Market Risk
- Understanding of the VAR methodologies is a plus
- Understanding of exchange traded derivatives is a plus
